The challenge

An international support business specialising in recycling, storage, and logistics management was seeking an auditor for ISO compliance.

The challenges they faced included:

Operating within a niche sector with highly specific role requirements, compounded by labour shortages.
Budget constraints.
Limited time to dedicate to finding the ‘right person’ while managing the demands of day-to-day business operations.

Having previously worked with Jiggle for temporary staff support in operative roles, they were now struggling to recruit for permanent positions internally.

The solution

Under the leadership of our Head of Operations our Local Recruitment Experts worked to identify a pool of candidates that matched the workplace culture and expectations of the business whilst ticking all the boxes for ISO.

We supported the business to explore candidates both with direct sector experience but also transferable skills from alternative sectors. We also supported them to explore their options to maximise their budget; getting the best candidate for their budget.

The results

We were delighted that we were able to headhunt and successfully place a candidate for this role. We continue to support them to recruit externally for other roles in this niche logistics roles on an ongoing basis.
