The Jiggle story

Jiggle was born as a result of our own experiences as business owners attracting and managing staff, and ‘jiggling’ them around to meet our commitments in the care, construction and technology sectors.

Recruitment agencies just didn’t understand what we needed. We don’t enjoy stress and sleepless nights, so decided to find a better way and share the secret. Our philosophy is based on a few core principles:

  • Common sense lies at the heart of our approach
  • Recruitment is quality not quantity – good people deliver higher productivity
  • Obvious might be easy but new ways of working can be better and more cost effective
  • Personality and cultural fit are as important as skill sets and experience

For us, it’s not just about finding a person to get a job done, it’s about becoming a trusted partner to our clients to help them develop their business by meeting their current staffing needs in anticipation of long-term success. We offer advice, guidance and market intelligence to help our clients make good hires, and we’re focused on outcomes, not fees.

The Jiggle team

We are a group of like-minded individuals, all with their own areas of expertise. Together, we offer a broad range of specialist support, so whether you’re an employer or a candidate, you can work with someone who can help you achieve the outcome you’re looking for.

The team is regularly briefed on best practice approaches, governance, compliance and we pride ourselves on keeping up date on changes in the sectors we work in so that we can continue to deliver expert advice and services to our clients.

We recognise that agency reduction is a target for any business. Jiggle acts as an extension of its clients’ recruitment and HR department; problem solving short term and long term voids in rotas with temporary staffing and permanent recruitment solutions and supporting business continuity.

Between us, we have more decades of experience than we’d care to admit, but we’re also happy to welcome new members of the team as we expand our expertise and continue to improve what we do.
