Like many new ideas, Jiggle was born from recognising a problem and working out a new way to try to fix it. We’re a family of business owners, and had many conversations about the constant headache of finding the right talent. We worked with many agencies and recruiters, none of whom seemed to understand who, where, when, why and what we needed. We were tired of having to constantly ‘Jiggle’ operations due to staffing challenges, and wanted to work with an agency that would do that for us instead. Unable to find one, we created our own.

Although our business is a human one, and we are focused on people and their talents, we live in a technology-led world. We combine our fantastic team with significant investment in technology. We have invested in applicant and rostering technology to streamline our processes, and improve the candidate and client experience.

Getting to know our clients means that we can really understand their needs, sometimes before they do. For example, a client may request that we recruit for a single FTE, but we may suggest that actually two part time roles may be a better fit for the business. Or that developing an existing employee for that role and recruiting to replace could be a better solution. We focus on outcomes and goals, acting as a trusted advisor and working towards shared success.
We won’t break the budget.
It might sound counter-intuitive, but we recognise that agency reduction is a target for any business and work with them to help them achieve this. We don’t charge for services that clients don’t need or want. If shifts are overbooked, we’ll cancel them, because we know that long-term this supports a more sustainable relationship. We operate with integrity, one business supporting others and helping people to find rewarding careers.
